  • Where are you located?

    • Immaculate Visuals® is based out of Tampa, FL, U.S.A
  • Are you willing to travel?

    • Of course! Immaculate Visuals has travelled all over the country fulfilling the needs of its clientele. All sessions/events outside of the Tampa Bay Area are subject to additional traveling fees.  Contact us at ivisuals17@gmail.com to learn more about fees!
  • Do you require a deposit to book a session?

    • Yes, a twenty-five (25) percent non-refundable deposit based off of the total cost of your session is due at the time of booking to ensure your date and time are blocked off for you.
  • What is your refund policy?

    • No refunds are offered for cancellations as deposits are non-refundable.
  • What if I don't see the exact package I need for my occasion?

    • We are more than willing to create the experience necessary to bring your vision to life! If you need a custom package created to fit your needs, simply email us at info@immaculatevisuals.com or fill the contact us form with your details and requirements!
 
  • Can I bring people with me to our session?

    • Yes! It is important that you are as comfortable as possible for your shoot so bringing along a friend to encourage you is highly recommended.
  • How will I receive my photos/video?

    • All files will be delivered through a secure online gallery or link where you can view, download and even order prints from your session via the online store.
  • when will i receive my files?

    • The turnaround time for a photoshoot can be anywhere between 3 days to a week. For video, the turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks. In cases of special events (i.e. weddings) the timeline will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
